BIDQUIN

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy applies to BIDQUIN's paid bidding/ranking service. Free listings have no listing charge to refund.

Paid checkout is not open yet. PayFast merchant onboarding and integration are pending. BIDQUIN is not currently accepting paid bids. No payment is taken through the disabled checkout.

When a bid becomes effective

A bid becomes effective only after secure server-side payment verification and an eligibility check, followed by activation. Visiting a return or success page does not activate a bid. A completed eligible bid affects ranking under the current rules, without a permanent-position guarantee.

Cancellation

Before completing payment, you may leave or cancel the hosted checkout. Closing the browser does not reverse a payment already processed. Check your payment status before attempting another payment. After payment or activation, contact us to request cancellation or a refund; there is no automatic cancellation or reversal of an applied bid.

Failed, pending or cancelled payments

These payments do not activate a paid bid. If your bank shows a debit or hold but BIDQUIN does not show an applied bid, contact us with the transaction reference so the status can be investigated. Bank holds and payment-provider reversals are handled by the relevant provider; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

Duplicate payments

Repeated notifications for one payment do not apply a bid twice. If you believe you were actually charged more than once, send both transaction references. Separate charges are investigated individually; notification deduplication is not an automatic refund of separate payments.

Technical problems and ineligible bids

If a verified payment cannot be applied because the bid expired, eligibility changed or a technical problem occurred, it must not silently create an invalid ranking benefit. The transaction is investigated and, where recorded by the payment workflow, flagged for refund review. Contact us if a debit has no corresponding bid. We will assess whether the service can be correctly fulfilled or a refund is appropriate.

Requesting a refund

Email noreply@bidquin.lol with your account email, project name, payment reference, date, amount and reason. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, full card numbers or bank-login details. We may request information needed to verify ownership and the transaction.

Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed individually. BIDQUIN has no fixed refund-request window or blanket refund guarantee. Decisions consider the verified transaction, whether the service was applied, the reported problem and applicable rights. Being outbid does not itself mean the purchased service failed; ranking is competitive. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Refund processing and disputes

An approved refund must be processed through the applicable payment-provider procedure. A refund-review flag is not confirmation that money has been returned. Provider and bank processing times vary. Contact us about unresolved issues; you may also use your provider's dispute process. We do not currently provide an automated refund facility.
